More like 1930s where there was little international cooperation, rather than 1970s where there was alot.
Will be more expensive for US than calculated, weaken dollar.
Also political risk much higher now in US than before.
Also Arab money may more readily go to EU than US after this war.

Recession more likely, unless oil drops considerably?
